The Radio Edition for January 3, 2016

Memories of Winnipeg Internet Pundits!

There are just four episodes of West End Dumplings - The Radio Edition left and I'm starting off 2016 by going back to the beginning.

I started off my radio career at UMFM five or so years ago on a on a show called Winnipeg Internet Pundits, hosted by Tessa Vanderhart. We sent Tessa on assignment to a tropical locale and former co-panellists James Hope Howard and Derick Young  join me in studio.

We'll find out what they've been up to and talk about the future of newspaper online comments sections, the closing of the Palomino Club and airport Sals and those 2015 news stories we wish were over but will likely be back in 2016.

I'll also let you know about some events in Manitoba history that will be commemorated in the week ahead and musically celebrate the TV series Downtown Abbey and Fawlty Towers.
