Jonathan Toews will take to the ice. Behind the scenes will be: Pat O'Neill from the Canucks - one of two equipment managers; athletic trainer Jim Ramsey from the Rangers and Hockey Canada Media Relations Exec André Brin hailing from St. B.

Manitobans fared just as well on the other roster announced today - the appointments to the Order of Canada.
Getting the 'O.C.' and nifty lapel pin will be:
The Hon. Gary Filmon (Officer): For his contributions to public office and to the province of Manitoba, as well as for his continuing leadership on numerous provincial and national boards, committees and organizations.
Burton Cummings (Officer): For his contributions as a musician, singer and songwriter, both with the Guess Who and as a solo artist, as well as for his support of numerous fundraising initiatives across Canada.
Neil Young (Officer): For his contributions as one of Canada’s greatest musical talents whose unique voice and iconic songs have influenced generations of musicians, and for his support of educational and charitable organizations.
